Registration is now open for the 2009 Creative Freelancer Conference. See below for important rate information; click the register button to get started.

Registration deadlines and policies 
If you register online with a credit card, full payment is due at the time of registration. If you opt to pay by check, payment must be received within two weeks of registration in order to secure your rate.

If you must cancel for any reason, please notify us via email at creativefreelancerconference@fwmedia.com by July 29, 2009. Your registration fee will be refunded, less a $150 processing fee. No refunds will be made after this date for any reason. Substitutions may be made by fax or email until August 15, 2009. After this date, all substitutions must be made on-site at the Conference.

2009 Registration prices 
Early-Bird Registration (must be received by July 15):  $445
Regular Registration (after July 15): $495
One Post-Conference Workshop (for registered attendees): $57
Both Post-Conference Workshops (for registered attendees): $97
A la carte Post-Conference Workshop: $125 each
Complete CFC '09 digital package: $75
(Includes all available session MP3s, as well as handouts and the actual presentation.)

Post-Conference Workshops
Either workshop can be purchased individually (without Conference registration) for $125 each. If you are also registered for the Conference, you can add one workshop for just $57 or both workshops for the discounted rate of $97. 

Confirmation packet
For attendees who register before August 14, 2009, confirmation packets will be sent via email to the email address listed on your registration form. Attendees who register after this date can pick up their materials on-site. All attendees will receive badges and session materials when they check in at the start of the Conference.

Special needs
We make sure our facility has total accessibility, and we do whatever is needed to make attending the Conference as convenient as possible for all attendees. If you have a special need, please contact us after you have registered, and we'll make special arrangements, if necessary.

Tax Information
Your tuition is tax deductible. All expenses of continuing education (including registration fees, travel, meals and lodging) taken to maintain and improve professional skills are tax deductible according to U.S. Treasury Regulation 1.162-5 Coughlin vs. Commissioner. 203 F2d 307.
